Maintenance and Cleaning

Your prep stations and paint booths will need routine maintenance in order for them to perform to its optimal level. You have several options for maintenance. If you choose to change your own filters regularly, we can deliver to you the correct filters for your paint booth needs. If you want our team of qualified service technicians to come to your location site to perform maintenance and cleaning, we will:

• Replace floor filters as well as back wall & side filters
• Replace lighting as needed
• Power wash walls, floors, pit area and steel-grated flooring
• Clean the exhaust box and washable filters
• Change out filters
• Check belt tension and make adjustments
• Check operating efficiency of booth and make adjustments
• Apply booth coating after cleaning

We service and provide tuneups on Garmat, Kayco, Accudraft, Blowtherm, Binks, DeVilbiss and other booths. The tune-up includes services such as: checking the burner and motor belts as well as measuring the air flow. Regular tune-ups will keep your equipment functioning properly within original factory recommended specifications.
